  Surgical > Bhepheroplasty (Baggy Eyes)

Blepharoplasty is one of the very common procedures in cosmetic surgery.

Removing the eye bag (baggy lower eyelids) is a necessity from almost every body older than 40 years old. With proper and new technology, this procedures became very safe, very fast and cost effective. The new and latest technique are removing the fat from inside, so there is no skin incision, but incision from the conjunctiva. This technique was popular as TRANSCONJUNCTIVAL BLEPHAROPLASTY (TCB). Usually there is no bleeding, very fast (30-45 minutes for both eyelids) and there will be very little bruising after the procedures. ce compressed are strongly suggested after the procedures. To make the skin tighter, we combined this TCB with LASER RESURFACING on the lower lids. This procedures also fast, but after the procedure, you should wear bandage for about 1 week, and then the skin willlook a rosy-red , and gradually decreased after 2-4 months. The skin will tighter, removing all the fine wrinkles around eyes.

For older people, and Asian people( Oriental lid) with small upper lids, we do a UPPERLID BLEPAROPLASTY. The indications are : removing the skin excess caused by age,or make a more defined, more deeper upperlid crease. This is possible by removing the fat, removing the excess skin and tightening the muscle to the skin. This can be done also with CO2 laser, so the procedures will be faster, with very little blood loss, less postsurgery discomfort and better healing process.
